Thinking about joining run club but work and don't have time for weekly meet ups? Or not looking for an accountability coach? The DIY Run Club Plan is for you!
We provide an in-person opportunity to create your training plan, make your goal for the end of the 8 weeks and then the rest is up to you! With this plan you get the guide and training plan but do the running on your own. Join the Run Club + Crew for the our Kick Off and end of session 5k! Our run club coach is always available if you have any questions.
